IS屠殺亞茲迪人 恐構成種族滅絕

（法新社柏林20日電） 歐洲1個記載納粹戰爭罪行的組織，現在開始蒐證調查「伊斯蘭國」（IS）屠殺伊拉克亞茲迪人（Yazidi）的行為，算不算種族滅絕。
法新社報導，歐洲3名研究員為敦促國際社會阻止殘忍罪行，著手展開繁雜的蒐證行動，希望確立伊斯蘭國系統性滅絕種族的罪名。
德國科隆大學（Cologne University）刑事法專家伍曼斯基（Andrej Umansky）告訴法新社：「我們不是要鬧大事件，而是要確立對亞茲迪男女老幼犯罪的各個階段，作為種族滅絕說法的佐證。」
亞茲迪既不是阿拉伯人，也不是穆斯林人，他們的獨特信仰，被伊斯蘭國聖戰士認為是異端邪說、多神信仰。說庫德族語的亞茲迪人主要生活在伊拉克北部的辛賈爾（Sinjar）山區。
去年8月伊斯蘭國突如其來地攻打伊拉克北部庫德族掌控區，亞茲迪人深受其害，許多人慘遭屠殺或綁架。
負責此次調查的歐洲團體隸屬「同心協會」（Yahad In Unum），這是1個在前蘇聯地區蒐集納粹屠殺猶太人與羅姆人證據的組織，他們現在前往伊斯蘭國交戰區前線僅20公里的庫德族難民營蒐證。
8月以來，他們訪談僥倖逃出伊斯蘭國魔掌的亞茲迪男女老幼，拍了50支影片。
伍曼斯基表示，這些證詞可在未來司法訴訟時作為佐證，但「我們首要目標，是阻止這些」仍繼續在犯的罪行。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）
